Niagara Falls rolled out the red carpet for an exceptional honorary mayor on March 24, Friday – a spirited German Shepherd named Pal! This four-legged influencer, alongside his devoted owner Mike Lalicich, received this esteemed title for their incredible fundraising efforts that benefit the David Gregory MacKinnon Memorial Foundation. This organization shines a light on families touched by kidney disease and works towards acquiring crucial medical equipment, such as an ultrasound machine for the hospital’s kidney department.

Pal, with his undeniable charm and engaging social media presence, has become a true advocate for change. Their combined social media following of over 600,000 has turned Pal into a “pup-influencer,” allowing him to not only share the joys of his everyday life but also discuss vital matters.
